Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions are to protect Therma Pros and Client from costs associated with the installation of equipment and a breach of contract.


Once a Service Agreement has been signed:

  • Client binds into a service agreement and Therma Pros schedules installation schedule
  • Client agrees to provide current copies of utility bills to establish baseline for analysis
  • Therma Pros uses 3rd party equipment and works to make sure equipment is reliable and functional.
  • Therma Pros allows access to monitoring account but prefers to make all necessary adjustments to the system.
  • If contract is breached prior to expiration of term, client is responsible to return equipment.
  • The "Try it before you Buy it" program provides for a 2-3 facility test site installation to prove savings.  

Return and Refund Policy

The Equipment and Installation cost assume that Therma Pros and Client bind into a service agreement.


Return and Refund Policy:

  • Equipment remains the property of the customer (as long as contract has been fulfilled)
  • Therma Pros is responsible for faulty equipment within 90 days after installation
  • Contact Customer Service if equipment is not functioning properly.
  • Contract cannot be canceled after successful installation.
